1. ABOUT US

  • Business Details: The Website is operated by Sophie Tully ('we', 'us', or 'our').

  • Contact Information: You can contact us by email at hello@sophietully.com.

  • Professional Credentials & Governing Bodies: Where applicable, services and guidance adhere to the codes of conduct and professional standards set forth by relevant accredited bodies and professional associations in nutrition and health coaching.

  • Explicit Consent for Special Category Data: As part of our health and nutrition coaching services, you may disclose special category personal data to us, specifically physical and mental health data. By providing this information in health intake forms, questionnaires, or during consultation sessions, you explicitly consent to us collecting and processing this health data for the sole purpose of delivering tailored coaching services and ensuring your safety, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. DISCLAIMER – NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

  • Educational & Informational Purpose: All content provided on or through the Website – including blogs, articles, free guides, downloadable tools, masterclasses, and general coaching information – is provided for educational, informational, and self-care purposes only.

  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: The information and services provided by Sophie Tully (including biomedical nutrition advice and health coaching) do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Medical Consultation Required: Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional, general practitioner (GP), or medical specialist before making changes to your diet, medication, supplement regime, or health routine. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or received from this Website.

  • Health Intake & Full Disclosure: Clients are required to complete a mandatory health intake form prior to their initial session. You must fully and accurately disclose all existing health conditions, medical history, diagnoses, ongoing treatments, and prescribed or over-the-counter medications and supplements.

3. SERVICES & BOOKINGS

  • Consultations & Coaching: Consultations, 1:1 sessions, and coaching programmes are subject to separate coaching or client agreements, which will be provided upon booking.

  • Booking & Cancellation Policy:

    • Sessions must be paid for in advance through our online booking system.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Late Arrival & No-Show Policy: Sessions will begin and end strictly at the scheduled time regardless of client arrival time. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of the scheduled appointment without fee adjustments. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice.

  • Coaching Blocks of Sessions & Expiry: Where services are purchased as a block or package of coaching sessions, all sessions within the block must be scheduled and used within the specified usage period (e.g. 6 or 12 months) from the date of purchase. Any sessions not used within this period will expire automatically, and no refund, credit, or extension will be provided for unused sessions unless agreed in writing. It is the client’s responsibility to book sessions within the usage period. If a client cancels or postpones a session with less than 24 hours' notice, that session will be deducted from the remaining sessions in the block. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.

  • Inter-Session Communication Boundaries: Client support, guidance, and questions are handled during booked consultation sessions. Ongoing messaging or email exchanges outside of scheduled appointment times are limited to administrative matters unless specifically included in a structured coaching programme.

  • Virtual Consultation Terms: Online consultations require a stable internet connection and a quiet, private location. Clients are responsible for ensuring their equipment meets necessary technical requirements and for maintaining confidentiality on their end during virtual calls.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate coaching relationships if we determine that a client’s needs fall outside our scope of practice or require specialised medical intervention.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADABLE RESOURCES

  • Free & Paid Guides: We offer digital downloads, masterclasses, and guides.

  • Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK):

    • Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel digital content orders within 14 days.

    • Waiver: By downloading or accessing digital content (e.g., instant guide downloads or live masterclasses) immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day statutory right of cancellation once the download or stream begins.

    • Consumer Cancellation Rights & Immediate Performance: For service bookings, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. By requesting immediate performance of services before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, you agree that if you cancel before services are fully performed, you will pay a proportionate amount for services provided up to the date of cancellation, and you lose your right to cancel once services are fully performed.

  • Refunds for Digital Items: Due to the downloadable nature of digital guides and masterclasses, all sales are final once access is granted, except where the file is proven defective under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
