Service Description

These in-depth and highly personalised coaching sessions are designed to help you identify the barriers, blocks and frustrations that are currently getting in your way of thriving at work, and develop the tools, strategies and understanding needed to maximise your strengths, optimse your efficiency and learn to love what you do. Sessions combine a unique blend of neurodiversity & executive function coaching, workplace strategy coaching, life coaching, mental health and wellness support with nutrition and lifestyle advice to balance and enhance all aspects of health and wellbeing that impact you at work. Sophie Tully, your coach, has a diverse professional background spanning research, academia, industry, education, hospitality, fitness industry, coaching, consultancy and running her own business. Across her career she has trained, mentored and managed colleagues, peers, students and regularly runs courses and workshops for neurodiverse individuals from all walks of life. She prides herself on empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to understand, accept and love their neurodiverse brains and thrive in all that they do.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to make changes to your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance or you may be charged a portion of the session fee. Once your appointment has been confirmed or payment made towards a package, you have 7-days to make changes, providing no services have been provided in that time. Sophie's diary is carefully managed to ensure the highest standards of service can be delivered to all clients. Late changes or cancellations, will incurr a fee, to compensate for loss of business. For those with Access to Work Funding please note, you are liable for the balance of the services provided in the event funds do not reach us in accordance with the terms detailed above.
