Sophie Tully is a Master's degree qualified Biomedical and Clinical Nutrition Scientist, and Health Coach, who specialises in creating highly personalised health plans, tailored to your unique goals, lifestyle and biology.
Using a range of evidence-based, safe and effective tools and techniques, including nutrigenomics, DNA and biological testing, coaching and detailed case history analysis Sophie goes above and beyond to unpick your health concerns and address the root cause.
A passionate and empathetic practitioner, Sophie takes the time to listen to and get to know you so she can provide the very best support.
After studying biomedical science, and specialising in Pharmacology, Sophie worked as a laboratory research scientist developing specialised pharmaceuticals. After four years in the lab, and following her own health revelations, she decided to pursue a career in natural medicine and so returned to university to study a Master’s degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition at University College London.
During her time there she studied and worked under the Emeritus Professor Mervyn Singer, supporting research into mitochondrial dysfunction and critical care medicine, as well as conducting her own research into stress and digestive function.
Today, Sophie's research and interests focus on stress & fatigue, mental health, psychology & neuroscience, digestive health, hormone balance and neurodiversity.
Sophie has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and outside of her clinical hours you will find her buried in research, adding to her diverse list of qualifications, reading psychology, nutrition and health literature, writing for industry publications, giving public talks, lecturing and creating novel solutions to global health problems.
Highlights of Sophie's career include helping elite athletes make it to the Olympics, formulating cutting-edge nutritional supplements, developing a degree in Nutrition and winning a global Innovation Lab process as Technical and Project Lead for a bespoke nutrition coaching platform.
