Sophie will work closely with you to understand and get to the route of your health problems, before providing you with highly scientific health and wellness support that puts you in control. As a Biomedical & Nutrition Scientist with a decade of experience supporting people with chronic health conditions including CFS, Fibromyalgia, Digestive, Autoimmune, Mental Health and Inflammatory conditions - and having suffered with chronic health problems herself - Sophie has an extensive understanding of the human body and what it takes to achieve optimal health. A passionate and dedicated professional, Sophie leaves no stone unturned. Dedicating a minimum of a full day of her time to you for each consultation, Sophie will go above and beyond in ensuring you are listened to, understood and receive the very best support possible. This package includes: - A detailed initial health assessment (lasting up to 2 hours) - Analysis of all previous health related tests, investigations and documentation you may have and gain during the package - Bespoke research into your health conditions and the latest evidence based approaches to their management - A comprehensive support plan covering nutrition, psychology, functional testing, lifestyle and any other safe interventions we agree to try - Direct liaison with other members of your medical care team as required - 1 x 90-minute follow-up to review and adjust your support plan - Between appointment email and message support - Downloadable guides, worksheets, and resource packs to help you seamlessly integrate recommendations into daily life - Free access to relevant online courses - Discounts on specialist testing, nutritional supplements and other 3rd party health products and resources - An empathetic and dedicated health professional who will fight your corner and support you when times are tough.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to make changes to your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance or you may be charged a portion of the session fee. Once your appointment has been confirmed or payment made towards a package, you have 7-days to make changes, providing no services have been provided in that time. Sophie's diary is carefully managed to ensure the highest standards of service can be delivered to all clients. Late changes or cancellations, will incurr a fee, to compensate for loss of business.
