What you'll receive: - an in-depth health and wellness assessment (<2 hours) - a detailed analysis of your DNA test results in relation to your specific health interests and concerns - assessment of existing test results and their implications for your genetics and health (where applicable) - a report explaining your key genetic variants, how they relate to your health and the research backed options for managing their impact - visual gene 'maps' clearly illustrating your gene variants, their relation to health and each other - A follow-up appointment to discuss my findings and recommendations. - A personalised action plan containing a summary of my recommendations to help manage the impact of your most significant genetic variants - Follow-up email & message support - Discounts on specialist testing, nutritional supplements and other health products - Preferential rates and booking on ongoing consultancy packages NOT INCLUDED: Genetic test - please source this yourself if you do not already have one. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to make changes to your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance or you may be charged a portion of the session fee. Once your appointment has been confirmed or payment made towards a package, you have 7-days to make changes, providing no services have been provided in that time. Sophie's diary is carefully managed to ensure the highest standards of service can be delivered to all clients. Late changes or cancellations, will incurr a fee, to compensate for loss of business.
