Follow-up consultation

Service Description

During your 60-miunte follow-up we will review your progress and changes to your circumstances, goals and health. After the appointment you will receive an updated support plan to ensure this continues to best meet your needs. Email and message support after the session is also included.

Cancelation Policy

There is no fee for rescheduling appointments providing at least 48 hours notice is given and the appointment is rescheduled within one week of the initial booking (subject to availability). If you wish to cancel the appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance otherwise you will be charged.
