Service Description
Life is confusing! We are bombarded with mixed and misinformation every day and overwhelmed with people selling us the 'best solutions' to our problems. Whether you are feeling lost with your health and want gently steering back on track, or you know you need deeper support but aren't sure how that might look, or where to start, then this is for you. We'll explore your health and wellness goals, history and roadblocks together, in-depth, to create you a personalised roadmap for success and feeling your best. Through coaching, counselling and health consultancy tools I'll help you gain clarity on where you want to go, how to get there and what's been getting in your way until now. You'll walk away with a detailed "Roadmap" document summarising your health journey todate, the top priorities for ongoing support and a clear direction, with actionable steps, for getting back on the right road to being your happiest, healthiest self.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to make changes to your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance or you may be charged a portion of the session fee. Once your appointment has been confirmed or payment made towards a package, you have 7-days to make changes, providing no services have been provided in that time. Sophie's diary is carefully managed to ensure the highest standards of service can be delivered to all clients. Late changes or cancellations, will incurr a fee, to compensate for loss of business.
