This package is for anyone ready to take the first steps towards better health with expert knowledge and support at their side. The package includes: - A detailed initial health and wellness assessment (90minutes) - A personalised action plan including recommendations for nutrition, tests, lifestyle and specialist support, targeted to your needs - 1 x 60 minute follow-up consultation to review progress and decide on next steps - included in your - Updated support plan received after follow-up - Email and message support between appointments - Downloadable guides, worksheets, and resource packs to help you seamlessly integrate recommendations into daily life - Discounts on specialist testing, nutritional supplements and other 3rd party health products - Preferential bookings and rates on additional services Sessions are valid and must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to make changes to your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance or you may be charged a portion of the session fee. Once your appointment has been confirmed or payment made towards a package, you have 7-days to make changes, providing no services have been provided in that time. Sophie's diary is carefully managed to ensure the highest standards of service can be delivered to all clients. Late changes or cancellations, will incurr a fee, to compensate for loss of business.
