Service Description

This standalone initial consultation includes a detailed health and wellness assessment and personalised support plan is for those not wishing to purchase a support package. During this comprehensive 90-minute assessment I will take a detailed case history covering everything from your past and present health and wellness concerns, to your medical history, health goals, current diet, lifestyle, stressors, struggles and commitments, so that I can get to know you and your body in-depth. From this I work with you, to create a highly personalised nutrition and natural medicine support plan tailored to your unique biology and needs. Your support plan will cover evidence-based diet and nutritional supplements, to options for functional testing to identify the factors contributing to health concerns, coaching techniques, specialist technologies and any other-non medical interventions and therapies I deem safe and appropriate for helping you achieve your goals. The service includes: - A detailed initial health and wellness assessment (90minutes) - A personalised action plan including recommendations for nutrition, tests, lifestyle and specialist support, targeted to your needs - Email and message support after the appointment - Downloadable guides, worksheets, and resource packs to help you seamlessly integrate recommendations into daily life - Discounts on specialist testing, nutritional supplements and other 3rd party health products - Preferential bookings and rates on additional services

Cancellation Policy

There is no fee for rescheduling appointments providing at least 48 hours notice is given and the appointment is rescheduled within one week of the initial booking (subject to availability). If you wish to cancel the appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance otherwise you will be charged.
