My Story TO UPDATE

My Story TO CHANGE??

After studying biomedical science, and specialising in Pharmacology, I worked as a laboratory research scientist developing specialised pharmaceuticals. After four years in the lab, and following my own health revelations, I decided to pursue a career in natural medicine and so returned to university to study a Master’s degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition at University College London.

During my time there I studied and worked under the Emeritus Professor Mervyn Singer, supporting research into mitochondrial dysfunction and critical care medicine, as well as conducting my own research into stress and digestive function.

Today, my research and interests focus on stress & fatigue, mental health, psychology & neuroscience, digestive health, hormone balance and neurodiversity.

I have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and outside of my clinical hours you will find me buried in research, adding to my diverse list of qualifications, reading psychology, nutrition and health literature, writing for industry publications, giving public talks, lecturing and creating novel solutions to global health problems.

Highlights of my career include helping elite athletes make it to the Olympics, formulating cutting-edge nutritional supplements, developing a degree in Nutrition and winning a global Innovation Lab process as Technical and Project Lead for a bespoke nutrition coaching platform.

Professional Qualifications include:

- BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science - Pharmacology specialism
